Trees Full Of Jewelry!

Happy Saturday!

This week I have been trying to detox from all my vacations, yes I know my life is very difficult but that is what I have been trying to do none the less. My week of detox has consisted of watching lots of movies, TV Shows, and a whole lot of nothing! Amongst the nothing I have managed to get a few things done however. I have discovered and remedied a few problems that have vexed me over the last bit of my life. For example I have ALOT of necklaces! Here they all are...

An excess of necklaces in fact... I had a jewelry holder but apon examining it the other day I discovered that the holder was so full there were necklaces hidden in the back that i dearly loved that I had not worn in months for the sheer fact that they were hidden!

This was a problem that had to be solved! I needed a bigger jewelry holder so what did I do? I MADE ONE!!!

My dad so willingly helped me to mount my tree to some wood so it wouldnt tip over!

This is been my major project this week! I just got some wire i had laying around and twisted and twisted! I am excited with how it turned out! I love jewelry and i love trees so what could be better?

Happy Trails!

We got to go places I only ever dreamed of visiting! Enjoy the pictures and I will begin to post more of my artistic adventures soon!

Raining In Baltimore, 3500 Miles Away

I am back!!! Preston and I despite a 2 hour plane delay in Baltimore got home last night! We had a fabulous trip! We saw a million things, walked a million miles, and had much more fun than what we saw and how much we walked! We named our trip Raining In Baltimore, 3500 miles away! We love the Counting Crows and on their first album they have a beautiful song called Raining In Baltimore and yesterday apon our arrival in Baltimore it RAINED!!! We were very excited and so that is our trips name. There is also an alternative title called The Tenacious and slightly painful adventures of P-Stone and Zelbie! (P-Stone is Preston and I am Zelbie) So pick a title... for this trip we are going to go the melodramatic route and give it both names! Enjoy the pictures I took ALOT but here is a good overview! Let me again add that it was a fabulous trip we had some great food and ALOT of fun!... I better get ready for my next adventure!

Lake Winnipesaukee! I Loved this place... this was on our Sunset Cruise!!

This is the John Lennon Memorial in Central Park! What a beatiful place!

This was right by our hotel in New York. I love the buildings there!!

Taken from Central Park!

Statue of Liberty!

Washington DC at the National Gallery of Art! I LOVED it there and particularly the modern art section but then again it is me... so is anyone surprised?

Washington Monument!

A cool picture of Preston at the Vietnam Memorial!

The White House

This is a good representation of how tired I was after we had trompted around Washington DC for the day and saw everything we possibly could! It was incredible just very tiring... What is a better place to nap I ask you?

Preston and I at the Washington Memorial...

We got the chance to go to a Boston Red Sox Orioles game in Baltimore at Camden Yard! What a beautiful park! It was a great place to watch baseball!

It was an awesome game and this is Preston and I at 12:00 AM during the 13th Inning!

It may be the 13th inning........... but we are still happy!!!

Fire and Ice

Exciting News! Recently the camera that i was using to post pictures malfunctioned and went to digital camera heaven and so did mine. So, I was very distressed with all the trips coming up and what not. My mom and dad are beautiful and got me a camera for graduation!!! It is wonderful and perfect! It takes beautiful pictures and so now I can photograph my trips and be more efficient on my blog!

This week began with a fire on our beautiful mountain. Maybe I am a little off here but when the forest service has warnings of "VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER" do you think you should go start a controlled burn on the mountain? If they should of or not they did and now there is a big fire and our mountain is closed at the moment. It is very cool looking at night it looks like lava is flowing down the mountain, good thing there isnt.

You may be wondering what this is but let me explain. Recently Allison and I have been wanting to do more exciting random things instead of just sitting around wondering what to do. Tuesday we decided to make Ice Cream Sculptures. It was an excellent idea but extremely cold and painful. Also, with the weather now reaching above 100 degress the ice cream didnt stay frozen for very long. It was fun though, and in case you cant tell mine is a christmas tree. We also had many other exciting plans but with the heat our energy was gone, I hate arizona in the summer!

Allisons is a truck, yeah I didnt see it either but we did try!

Today is graduation! I am leaving home tonight with my brother I will be sure to post when I get home about all our lovely adventures! Thank you all for all your support and help!

Graduation, Among Other Things!

Hello! It has been a long time since my last post and I apologize. Things have been a little crazy! Many things came to an end in my life this week. Infact it seems as if everything in my life came to an end this week. I am completely done with highschool! I quit my job and my last day was friday! Come thursday night I am leaving home and will not return (at least not for more than a couple days) until August. So lots of changes in my life and with all those changes my blog has been neglected! I will try to be better and I will for sure post pictures about my trips this summer. I am going to back east to visit Stacy with my brother Preston on thursday! Then off to Utah with my mom then off to Rome, Greece, and Turkey! It is going to be an incredible summer and I will try my best to post as much as I can! I am afraid with all that going on I do not have any new artistic creations to show you but I do have some pictures of graduation festivities.

This is a dress that my brother in law Doug and Stacy got me for my graduation! I LOVE it and think it is georgeous!!!! I have been wearing it as much as I can! Thanks Stacy and Doug!!!

These are some of my favorite people in the world!
They are Allison, Me, Jason, Dustin, and Mandy!! Allison and Mandy are Juniors and me and the boys are graduating!

Me and the girls!!!

Good Ol' Dustin!

Real graduation is on Thursday! It feels good to be done and it is a little nerve racking to now have to start completely over in college and with work and with friends and what not but I am ready... it is time! Talk to you all again soon!
